I’m an expert mixed methods researcher who specializes in cross-cultural, strategic research.

From getting immersed into the honored worlds of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners to observing human behavior behind a screen, I spend my time asking "why" to learn more about people.

I learned the art and science of researching at Procter & Gamble, where I led research to discover insights that drove user understanding, creative campaigns, product launches and go-to-market executions for P&G’s biggest brands. My passion for meaningful travel and experiences led me to Airbnb, where I spearheaded research on Airbnb Experiences to enhance the way we travel. Later at Slack, I focused on understanding the evolving nature of work.

These days it is my privilege to spend my time pondering the future of AI and what it means for people - its vast possibilities and implications. Currently, I lead research at Inflection AI, where I get to work towards a future where AI is for everyone.

These experiences have shaped me and my ethos as a researcher. I innately question paradigms and assumptions; I am in love with asking “why” - on or off the clock. My research is used by designers, marketers, engineers, retailers, educators, and more to help solve problems in new ways.
